Preheat oven to 220 C / Gas 7. Butter an 18cm cake tin. Beat eggs in a small bowl. Whisk together flour, sugar, milk, eggs and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the pancakes look fluffy and brown around the edges. Just to be sure, insert a kebab in the center of the pancake and make sure it comes out clean.
