Ingredients
- 100g butter
- Icing sugar 70g
- Egg wash 35g
- Cake flour 190g
- Strawberry jam 50g
Method
- Soften 100g of the butter in a large bowl at room temperature. Sift in 70g of icing sugar.Mix well with a spatula.Beat with a whisk until the butter is puffed up.
- Add one egg in batches and beat until well blended.
- Sift 190g of flour into the mixture.Press and toss with a spatula until there is no dry powder.
- Divide the dough into 16 equal portions.Form into a ball, then press it into a cake, using your fingers to interlock and press out a heart shape.
- Fill the hearts with strawberry jam.
- Bake in the middle of the HYSapientia air fryer oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.
